Since ASD was formed in 2004, through a partnership of  Engineering and Drilling entities, we have specialized in shafts across both the coal and metalliferous sector. The company was formed with a vision to provide a safer and more reliable way of boring large diameter shafts. ASD has made an impact in the market by providing a safe alternative to conventional shaft sinking methodologies. 

 Our fleet of Blind Bore Drilling Rigs has grown since ASD's inception to enable completion of shafts for clients nationally, spanning Queensland, Western Australia and New South Wales.
